any brand antifreeze will do ,,
when you replace it,, make sure to bleed the system

With any luck, this isn't the first time it's ever been changed.  If you don't know what type antifreeze is in there now, it's best to rinse a couple times so ALL the old stuff is gone.  Certain combinations of old & new don't play nice together.  Especially if the PO ever put DexCool in there.

i've just drained the radiator from the petcock valve & refilled it about every 2 years.  takes ~30 minutes in your driveway & costs ~$10.  imho, aggressively flushing your cooling system tends to stir up a lot of sediment in your cooling system that can trash your water pump.

Full system flushes are really only needed if the coolant is excessivley dirty. A drain and refill is just fine.
