Today there are no really bad oils so you can safely stock up on whatever brand is on sale at the time. Stick with what you've been using or try something new if you choose. I agree that you should pass on the full synthetic. I could be wrong but I don't believe that the GTX Hi-Mileage is a synthetic blend. It is not stated as such on the Castrol Site.
