Looking for a set of rims to fit a 06 Accord Sedan VP. We didnt know when we got the car we were getting a VP.We have never owned a Honda before and didnt know what a VP was or anything about Hondas. The salesman showed us a Kelly Blue Book Price for a LX(around $ 19,200  for LX, 17,100 for the VP).When I said something about it he said he showed us the KBB for a VP but he might of made a mistake. I know he did because I looked ,after it was too late to back out of the deal(a week later). We thought we were getting a good deal. It stiil a nice car. Its a certified used honda with 20,000 miles.Just watch the salesman when buying a used car. (Tameron Honda in Daphne AL., Larry Keene the salesman) Paid 17,700.
So I am looking for some rims and anything else that might set it off.

Hi again Gary:
|I need to know if your wheels are 4 lug or 5 lug---and what is your current tire size...get that number off of the tires side wall...

Hi again:
Now the next questions to ask you, are you going to stay with the original size tire and rim size? or do you want to go up to a 16" or 17 " wheel and tire package...also shiney (like chrome) or no shiney ?

Are you talking about going with 215/65/15 or 215/60/15. The 60's keep the car pretty close to the speedometer speed. Some tires put you off a couple miles an hour or more. Not sure I can get the cars computer set up for too different a size of tire.

Here you go, I forgot about this thread post and here are some sizeings for you...
195/65/15 sizes are SW 7.8  SH 5.0  OD25.0
You can go to this size without changing your speedo by no more that 1/2 mile per hour  215/60/15   SW 8.5  SH 5.0  OD 25.2

SW (section width)
SH (section  height)
OD (overall diameter)
