I was wondering if someone could help me out. I have an 07 accord ex-l coupe and am looking to put some 20" wheels on it, I am also looking for a lower kit for it. Any recommendations or suggestions, I''ve heard lowering springs cause a harsh ride, true or false?

depends on how much you plan on dropping it....anything from 0.7-1" maintains the stock feeling, anything from 1-1.5" is a stiff ride, 1.5+ and you have a VERY stiff ride resulting in poor ride quality.

I appreciate the info, I am looking to maintain the same ride quality so probably doing a 1" drop. Is there anything else beside lowering springs? camber kit or new struts? where can i find these things?

With the 1" drop, you can probably get away with using your stock shocks (iffy), and depending on the brand of lowering springs, you may or may not need a camber kit. Some people with as little as 0.7" drop had ridic camber that had to be corrected with a camber kit.

With the 2007 Accord, I am unfamiliar with the suspension, which is pretty sad since I own an 03, suspension just aint my specialty. :p
