The accessory belts drive the steering pump, A/C compressor and alternator. The timing belts are on the cam gear(s) and drive the water/oil pumps, while keeping the engine components properly timed so it actually runs. Can you be more specific on which one it is you want to do? Accessory belts are cheap and only require loosening of the tensioning bolts and mounting bolts for each accessory. Very easy to do. Timing belts are labor-intensive and require disassembling most of the driver side of the engine bay.
