What''s the proper way to reset the ECU on a 1998 lx?? I''m having power lock and power window issues.

Are these the same issues that you mentioned in another thread?  Power lock and power window problems are not handled by the ECU.  The possible reasons your door locks may have gone out are a fuse, bad relay, bad actuator (of course that would only affect an individual door instead of all 4), a bad switch, or even something else.  As for the windows, if they''re going out, it could be a motor or switch or fuse issue.
