I have a rear quarter that has some slight surface rust on the well well area. Should I replace quarter or have it sand blasted and repainted. I am hoping that they can repair it. What do you think?

I would think that if it's that light you should be able to re use the panel.

Surface rust can proably be taken care of by yourself very easly if your inclined to want to be a body man, or maybe one of your friends is into body work and is good at it...i wouldn't replace unless the skin was creased pretty bad...
