1998 driver side rear quarter panel repair or replace? - 6/11/2006 2:40:19 PM    YeuEmMaiMai Posts: 1822 Joined: 5/28/2006 Status: offline I have a rear quarter that has some slight surface rust on the well well area. Should I replace quarter or have it sand blasted and repainted. I am hoping that they can repair it.
