just new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can tell me the steel wheel specicification ( like offset, lug pattern) of the steel wheel that came with the 2006 accord lx sedan?
planning to change the steel wheel to an alloy but still use the P205/65 R15 tires that came with it.
can i buy an alloy wheel with just the same bolt pattern and a different offset as the steel wheel ?
thanks

Hi There Merm- _md..
Here is your answer...
The alloy wheels for the Honda your inquiring about are all 16"X6.5" wheels with a 5 on 115mm bolt pattern, this means that your 15" tires will not fit the new rims...sorry!

If your interested in New Alloys e-mail me and I can help you locate a set at a low cost.

yes, but my 2006 accord has 15 steel rims. thats why i just want to know its specification to replace it with an alloy one so i can still use the tires that go with these steel rims. the reason i want to know the spec of the steel rims is that so i can replace it with an alloy one with out affecting the car such its abs and not give any reason to the car warranty guys not to fix or pay any claims i made (sometimes they say that the wheels you replaced damage the car).

The rim size is the only thing that changed 15"X 6.5" and of course your bolt pattern doesn't change..
