Hello Accord forum members, I''m a newbie to this awesome forum. Purchased a 2006 accord coupe V6 last year. First accord for me, so far very happy with the vechicle. I''m using mobil 1 5-20 when doing my engine oil changes. Seeking advise on trans fluid change - Want to go with synthetic - Amsoil ATF. Amsoil recomends doing a flush-fill. Steps - 1. Drain what is in the pan, and fill. (Did this change change last yeat with honda fluid - so I know I need 3 qts here). 2. Disconnect a trans cooling line, start the engine, carefully collect the pumped out fluid till it begins spitting. 3. Measure that pumped out fluid to determine refill amount (I''m guessing 6-7 qts). 4. Reconnect trans cooling line. 5. Add the new fluid, amount per measured. 6. Check level. 1 specific question - I looked near the radiator wasn''t sure where the trans line was - please advice. General question - Any specific comments / additions to the above procedure. Thanks
