is it complicated to remove and install headers on a 92 4 cyl . with basic garage tools.

A  straight four clylinder will only accept one exhaust header. A V engine will accept two headers, one for each bank. It can be done with ordinary tools but they must be stout, no knuckle busters. The exhaust nuts & bolts will be very difficult to remove due to the heat over the years. Get a good penetrating agent and a long breaker bar.  Good luck.....
