I drive a 91 accord LX
A few friends have suggested performance chiping it.
But im not sure.
They said id get high MPG and more Horse''s
Is it worth it?
and what brand of chip should I look for?

Chipping am accord, or honda in general isnt a good idea.Unless its an Hondata.

well hondata isnt just a chip either(except k series reflash) its a piggy back unit and isnt worth it unless you get it dyno tuned.  You could run chrome or uberdata and get good results as well which are just chips, but once again with a stock engine you wont notice much a difference.
