I hope I'm not duplicating a thread that was run a while back but I'm looking at changing out my intake to a cold air or at least a short ram intake. I had an AEM V2 on my 94 civic but I was curious about other peoples opinions for my 94 accord EX on what they have had success installing/working with. What is supposedly the best out there right now?

I have an 01 EX 4cyl. so I can't speak from experience with the 94, but I did buy an AEM short ram for my model and it's noticable and the sound it pretty impressive. Plus, you only hear it when you go WOT: get attention only when you want it .

What about injen race division, my friend has one and he loves the thing, so I'm going to get one too.

Why is short ram the best in your opinion? the V2 is nice but I don't know if I'll ever have the spare cash I had back then.... It's a tad spendy.... As far as short ram goes I can make one of those myself, I have a friend who already did it.... If you think that a cold air offers nothing over a short ram I'm all ears... If you would like a step by step build/install of my short RAM when I do it I'll hook that up too

Yeah I have the Injen race division CAI and it's true i love it. sounds great and pulls good too. took me about 25 min to install not counting the time it took to get the stock air box assembly out.
