New Forum-er looking to self install cold-air intake, headers, cat and exhaust on 4 cyl 98 ex. I simply want performance and actually prefer a quieter exhaust. Open to all suggestions/warnings about performance, time, brands, suppliers, ebay.

oh, and any thoughts on roll bars, struts and short-shift adapters would be appreciated also.

Comptech is the quietest. Also the most expensive as far as canisters. A'pexi is probably next.

RSR doesn't make a cat-back for the 6th Gen.

I have a greddy evo2 if you want a really quiet exhaust their SP is about the same as the Apexi WS

Greddys are pretty sweet.... have u ever heard a Vibrant exhaust b4 they are quite nice and sound pretty f'in sweet too
