Was changing distributor cap and rotor, after finished went to check if it would start, it did for a few seconds but then rpm''s fell below 500 and it died.  It wouldn''t start since. I can''t hear the fuel pump as I turn on the ignition, as I always did. How can I check the fuel pump with a multi-meter without taking it out of the tank. I tried checking voltage in the connector that attaches to fuel pump, got readings in of 2 pins out of total of 5. But I don''t have the pin out, I don''t know what those pins are. Any help would be great.
