hey guys. just wanted to update. i have finished blacking out my headlights. i wasnt able to take any pics cuz i dont have a digital camera. sorry.

i had a hard time opening them up. i basically ruined the back of my lights. the lining is all bent up from prying them open. being that it was my first time doing sumthing like this. and besides sum picks of past members u have done this, i was pretty much all on my own. after opening then i was told to put them in an oven for 30 - 90 seconds max. to heat up the silicone. not sure if that works tho, i jsut used a heat gun and a screw driver. anyways i got them all opened up and sprayed them using "engine high heat enamel with ceramic" paint and man they look really good. they look like i bought them from a retailer. the paint drys to a perfect finish and if you dont go to heavy with the coats ull get no runs. looks really clean. i will try to get sum pics b4 i seal up the second light.

to seal them i used regular 'black silicone adhesive sealant'. i had to scrap off all the old sealant using a heatgun, wich wasnt fun. im not sure if i would get a perfect seal. so i was pretty heavy with the sealant. wasnt stingy at all!. anyways im pretty sure they came out good but i will post up sum pics when i get them installed after taking out my crappy halo, projectors...

No sanding or priming required.
Here's a writeup showing how to take the headlights apart, I realize its for a Tacoma, but you get the idea. It would be the same exact way on the Accord, as long as you know how to take the headlights off the car.
