Can anyone explain how the fuel cutout works on an 06 accord VP? when it turns on, how long it stays on, how much fuel is being used when it is on, how i can tell when it cuts on????

I''m not sure about the Accord, but there are 2 systems that you could be asking about. In my tC, there is a fuel cut-off for engine braking where if I don''t touch the gas at all and the engine is between 2000-5000 rpm''s, no fuel is injected into the engine. In my 2000 accord, before I programmed the piggy-back computer, there was a fuel cut-off speed limiter that wouldn''t let me go above 111 mph. Lastly, there is the redline cut-off ..... some cars do this via the fuel and others via the spark.
