Ok, so im looking at H&R springs from Tirerack.com...I Was wondering which would be a more reliable setup, H&R Race Spring Set (F 2.2" R 2.0" drop) or H&R Sport Spring Set ( F 1.75" R 1.5" drop)....(((leaning towards the Sport))).....And What Shocks should I use? Skunk 2 sport shocks, KYB AGX adjustable, Koni sport Shocks (didnt really want to spend that much....)....Any Feedback Would be nice....THANKS

Depending on what you want to spend if you get the H&R cup kit it's Koni Adjustable shocks and H&R Sport Springs, You'd have to do some searching to find exact prices on it (around $700 if you look).  Otherwise the KYB is a forum favorite.  If you get the cup kit keep in mind that it is a HUGE performance gain and handles AMAZING but it is a stiff ride.  Don't forget your camber kits

Thanks guys...So I did some looking and Tirerack.com still seems to have pretty good prices...
The H&R Sport Springs are $187.00
The KYB AGX externally Adjustable are $372.00 for a set
and the Koni Yellows are $524.00 for a set...

Tirerack also has the H&R Sport Cup Kit for $736.00

Im looking towards the KYB and H&R Sport springs together for around $600.00
How does this sound ??? good setup ?? bad setup ??

And do you have more info on the Camber Kits ??? Where to buy, what they do..etc...

whoever sells you the springs will generally have camber kits as well.  What happens is once you lower your car the front and rear tires tilt inward causing extreme uneven tire wear.  The only way to correct this on a honda is to buy a camber kit.

and I think they KYB's and H&R would be a pretty nice setup, I've heard nothing but good things about KYB shocks and I love h&r springs

Whenever you install this on your car can you update on how it turns out?  I'm very interested in the kyb agx/h&r spring combo.

It can be the same thing, make sure that it will give you camber adjustment abilities for +/- at least 2 degrees

Well then what would be the difference between an  Eibach Recomended Alignment Kit for $123-149, and an Ingalls Control Arm Mount for $58-68... ???

from what I can tell the ingals should work fine.  It doesn't say what type of adjustment range you get so before you order it you may want to call them and verify that it will give you the needed movement.  It just says varies on application.

about 4-5 hours of labor plus an alignment, I think I paid $225 for an install (minus camber kit and no alignment) when I had it done.

yes, DIY is ideal and it's not nearly as hard as you might think.  All you need is a basic wrench/socket set, some jack stands and spring compressors.  There may even be a write-up in the DIY section or I think you can get a free manual for your car below
