I have a 93 H22A1 that I am prepping to drop into my 92 Accord LX. I am upgrading the auto tensioner thru a magazine I read. I am confused about the adjuster base bolt(90014-P14-A00) assembly. The magazine instructs you to install the bolt and then the washer. Then the manual timing belt adjuster. So, does the washer sit on the bolt next to the adjuster or does it go between the bolt and the block where it screws in? Right now, I have it between the bolt and block but when assembled with the balancer belt adjuster, it appears the two adjusters are binding together preventing proper free rotation of the adjusters. From the side the timing belt appears all lined up with the face of the adjuster but it just don't look right. NOTE: I am running without the balancer belt to free up some horsepower. The mag is Honda Tuning May 2005/ Prelude Punch, Civic Swagger feature. Any suggestions? Thanks...
