I have an 02 accord v6 EX and am at about 108k miles right now... My question is... is it worth the money to put a supercharger in and all those other mods to it at that milage? I already got headers catback and exhaust so should i keep on going?

if the motor still runs good..and also if you plan on keeping your car then i would say go for it...but i would suggest checking your engine first and make it at its tip top shape and then go for that supercharger...you dont want your engine to break when you run with your SC...

rebuild would be the way to go, and get forged everything so you can run more boost.

but thats going to cost you thousands of dollars.

and is your car manual or automatic

well i rebuild would probably more expensive than buying a new one..but for me the pros outweighs the cons on having your engine rebuilt...what i would do is save my money and have my engine rebuilt and go from there...

well i found an engine from an acura 3.2L though its getting annoying that the guy who is selling it doesnt tell me wether its from a TL or a CL... Engine look similar to the one i got so the new intake and SC should fit in it just fine. However, does a TL or CL engine got sucky low rpm''s and when u hit the gas starts of slow? Cuz thats the problem i got with my engine now so thats the only reason im considering to put a SC to improve to lower rpm''s. I want my car to bolt as soon as i hit the gas and not wind up and bolt after i hit 40mph. Now if the TL or CL doesnt have this problem then i''ll Turbo it, but still does anybody know about TL/CL engine performance?

You''d be better off with a 50 shot and a tranny cooler.  Hayden 403.

I would not modify your car any more (if I were you) if you intend to keep the stock transmission.

im guessing it''s too expensive to do that...he can get a new car for what he''ll spend on swaps and turbo... no more mods to the V6 dude...(at least not that hardcore)

The engine i found is a 3.2 TL sitting around 35k guy wants $1,800. I can put it in myself i got a shop. however my question still remains... how good is the engine if i slip in its trans in as well? If its a good one then like i said i''ll turbo it. Should only cost me $900 i can build the piping myself and get it tuned. And no its not too expensive.... if you look around enough and know the right people. I just want to know if its worth doing the job or if its a complete waste of time cuz i dont know how TL engines perform wether they bolt or wind up.

No.  The tranny sucks.  The engine is fine, so IDK why you are looking at the 3.2 engine.  If you want to make power with a 6th gen, you MUST have MT.

So what your saying is don''t even bother with the car and get a new one right?

Start with 5-7 grand in your pocket.  I looked into all of the options and now I have a Scion as a result of my tranny carpping out at 90k.
