I am new to the Honda world and saw this header on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA-ACCORD-EX-L4-94-95-96-97-4-2-1-STAINLESS-HEADER_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33631QQihZ021QQitemZ310062110243QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW for my 95 Accord. This seems like a pretty good price for a stainless header in the world of parts.  Just wondering are these things worth a crap or are they legitimate.  I am used to working on chevy V8s where a good set of headers run $350-$550.  If these are not the best, what type of header is everyone else using.  Thanks for the input

I wouldnt buy those personally, im not into the no name brand ebay crap headers.

the cheapest i would buy(which i have on my car at the moment) is megan racing header.  they go for about $150 a piece.

Don''t buy em.
Like Live said, go with Megan for the cheapest header.  Not OBX.

DCSports: Ceramic or SS

after the year warranty, heatwrap the ceramics.

heat wrap is a cloth like material that you wrap around the thing that you want..for example you can use that to wrap the headers beacuse headers gets hot, so when you wrap that it lowers the temp inside the engine bay..another example is wrapping your aftermarket intake system with heat wrap, that way it stays much cooler inside the engine bay...and thus giving you more denser air..  i think i saw one on ebay..forgot how much it costs...but i went to autozone and they also have that..and i think they were $65-$80 somthing...

make sure you do it right...otherwise, when it unravels...its basically paper towels coated w/ resin. total junk.

keep it tight and keep it right, thats what i say :P

^^^  It''s woven fiberglass.   I did it to my headers .... eventually it fell apart from the heat.  I wrapped and coated it with high temp paint/coating.  It''s not worth the headache and getting fiberglass all over yourself.  Also, on the intake, the insulation can help the heat soak your intake, so that defeats its purpose.
