So, after 10 feet of piping your losing a lot of pressure. If you dont believe me, go blow thru a 2ft section of garden hose and feel the air coming through. then go blow through a 10ft section and i bet you wont feel much if not anything. Its strange that they are able to make this work. The only plus side to it is you eliminate the heat concerns of having the turbo in the engine bay. So you can go with little or no intercooling with it. The downside is like theBrewMeister said, you lose a lot of pressure, both in the compressed intake charge going back to the engine and exhaust pressure from the engine.
