that has got to be one seriously modified Del Sol. I mean dont those things have like 106 hp stock?

yeah, that this is pushing out some serious power, but on that much boost, taking off that fast, doesnt that mean he did a turbo launch, which puts a lot of strain on the turbo...which is bad for it?
not sure....new to this..

if it's built to eat a Gollarado it can take the strain... all he did was spool the turbo up by (I think) revving higher in a lower gear... that Del Sol, I'm pretty sure, is a manual judging by the scream of that turbo at the top of the gear. It's like a drag car that has a Stall converter, dumps the clutch at a desired RPM, those are the guys you usually see running 10's with a great launch. If anything it might be bad for the transmission.. but like I said, that thing is built.

I hate those night time videos. I couldn't even tell if that was really a del sol or not. Of couse I guess we have to assume the vehicle being driven and taped from was the Gallardo.....
