2008 Accord - Noise Reduction Circuit..???

I have a 2008 Accord and am trying to hook a JL Audio 250/1 mono amp and a couple of JL Audio W1's.  I was told by JL that the Accord has a noise reduction circuit that needs to be disabled.  Anybody know exactly where this would be?

It is a 4cyl. EX Sedan.
