I'm new to this site, so please bare with me. I have a 94 Accord that I just installed a JDM F22B motor with auto trans. I tell you you can't beat those low milelage JDM motors. It runs just like brand new. The only thing I noticed my speedometer is 5 miles faster than the actual speed. This I checked it against my good ol TomTom NAV. At 70MPH it turns at 3000 RPM. The JDM transmission came with Grade Logic Sensor device, but my old trans is not equipt with one. So there is no wiring harness for it. Any help or advice is appreciated. Oh, BTW the tires are stock 185/70/14.
Thanks

Before you get to indepth into wiring etc. get a friend to drive along side you at 45 or 60 mph and set the cruise, then match his speed and make sure that your NAV system isn't mis-reading a signal somewhere...

Get some bigger tires. I have 195/65/15's on my 93 accord. It came with 195/60/15's which are almost exactly the same size as your tires, and when I put the 195/65's on it my speedo reads 5mph slow. (In case you're wondering, I got the 195/65's off of a 6th gen accord).

I put the garmin GPS I got my wife in both of my Accords. It shows that both speedo's show about 3 mph faster than I am really going according to the GPS. I think it is made that way by many car manufacturers. Better to say you are going faster than you really are than to say you are going slower and get a ticket. Although I worry the odometer mileage may be considerably off......
