5th gen 96 accord lx question

its a 4 door i was wondering how can i add cup holders in the back i was thinking about the same way that 98 accords have in there rear center console but i dont know if that will fit or look any good i know this might be a dumb question but thanks in advance

lol now you making me feel dumber well its cuz on long trips i want my friends to have a place to sit there cups in since there is no place to do so in the back now i feel beyond dumb

sorry i didnt mean for you to feel dumb its just that most people's mindset is "screw the passengers im comfortable" hope you think of something.

just remembered you can go old school with hanging cup holders

its cool no offense taking well i care about my passengers too you cant just be thinking about yourself but yea hanging cup holders dont alway do the trick sometimes they cant able hold the weight and they will fall off or break but ill think of something and later post more things i have in mind for my car thanks 

You could always get those cupholders they sell at walmart and then drill it into the center console.  You could paint the screwhead gray or black so you wouldnt see it and the drink would block it anyways.  But if you screw it into the console, I would put a piece of wood on the inside of the console, so the screw will be going through the plastic of the console and then into the hidden wood block.  I too would like to have rear cupholders.

yea i was thinking the same thing i dont even think swapn it from a 6gen onto my car will even fit even the whole seat lol but yea imma look over it and see what i can do so it can look natural and not mess up the console well thanks people for all your help

Go junkyard diving and see if you can find a reasonably priced decent looking console from a 98-02 Accord that might fit.  Wait a minute, my 2000 has cupholders in the back?  I've never sat back there before so I don't know.
