hey guys. does anyone have experience with adjustable coilovers?? heres a couple links from matrixracing.com

Those are what are called sleeve coil overs. Basically you supply your own shock and slip this spring over it instead of a normal spring. Now while this will give you the ability to manually adjust your ride height on your own, since you have to supply your own shock than unless you do a lot of math and homework to match your spring loads and rates with your shocks..your spring and shocks won't be matched. This could leave you with either a very rough ride..too soft a ride, or cause premature wear on the shock. A full coil over that has the adjusting screw ring as an intregal part of it as well as matched springs will give you the best choices. Companies such as Tokico and Tein offer a great set and good variety.
