94 accord always rusts the corner of rear fenders

my white 94 accord has 2 small holes (rust) on each side of the rear fenders. I was thinking of trying to fix it myself and i just wanted to see if any one had any tips before i start. should i sand the paint off, put body filler, then sand some more then primer, then paint, and is there a tip to fade in the paint color eith the fresh paint and old paint. i am on a tight budget..

Make sure you weld metal where the rusted holes were before you put body filler in there. It will crack really bad if you dont.

weld in new corners and bend them slighly so the water will not pool up in there...

as for the paint that will be tough but you want to overspray the area fading the overspray as you move farther out from the repair. you will then want to wet sand it and then cear coat it.
