I can not for the life of me find this damn relay. I already had the system checked no leaks. Plenty of freon. Needs a relay. Can someone tell me where this relay is please.

yes the relay is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment it is attached to the wall with two other relays and are right next the the power steering reservoir. i think there is a relay there that is the same as the a/c relay so if you switch it out, that will let you know if thats the problem.
i bet you have low freon though.

the only way to tell how much freon you have is when the system is on, so that reading that your getting now with the system off is inaccurate

relay should be mounted right side on top right of radiator ..
