95 upper ball joint and arm one piece? vibration in car

Hi, everyone. Well i looked at my car cause for the past 4 months or so there has been a vibration in the steering wheel (and car) when driving and more when driving around corners on the drivers side. I rebalanced the tires on the drivers side front and back and no difference at all. Then i looked at the suspension parts and everything was fine. So i looked at the passenger side and the upper ball joint is loose. Would this make it feel like it is the drivers side that something is loose? Also are the upper ball joints on a 95 one piece with the control arm or can i just get the ball joint? I thought they were one piece but when i called some automotive stores they said ball joint comes with the arm anywhere from $120-$211!! for one! Then i called another store and they said $49 - $87 but they never said if the arm was with it, but since the price is alot cheaper i figure it must just be for the ball joints seperatley?? Can anyone help me? Thanks

Oh ya i also forgot to say i was going to take the control arms off my 95 parts car but the balls joints are different? They have the extra knuckle thing under the ball joint that my 95 does not. But i noticed on websites they say 94-97 upper ball joints are all the same??? I am confused.
