How hard is this install? I have basic abilities to install parts. Pretty much I can do short shifters, sway bars, but I saw that the V2 requires you to remove the bumper and drain your coolant and Im a lil worried about having to do that. I want to have it installed by Sunday b/c Im taking the car to the track.

I just installed the Fujita CAI this morning. Taking off the bumper isn't really a problem. all u do is take all the visible clips and screws off and gently pull one side off at a time. It is highly recommended u have someone help u bc when u pull the bumper off the first time it will surprise u. also bc u wouldn't want it to fall and get scratched up. It will also make ur installation a lot easier with the bumper off. as for the coolant, u got me there.

I've heard that most people don't do the coolant thing .... it is so that when you pull the TB cooling lines and bypass it, so you don't spill a few drops on the ground. As mentioned, the bumper is no big deal either. If you can do a swaybar, then you can do an intake.

Bumper is very easy like they said. its just a couple plastic screws. The coolant thing i wouldnt worry about it. I have a 04 coupe. I installed my v2 and didnt do it.

I also have the v2 for my 2005 coupe. You do not need to drain, and I dident even take my hole bumper off even tho it is easy. You should reset your settings or unplug the battery like they said or just wait a week because it will automatic reset it. It was the best 300 I spent it is an amazing jet sound with I think adleast 10 hp more and greattourk.
