Is hub cap, wheel cover, and rims all the same thing?
Hubs come with the car. Wheel cover just covers the wheel like a hub or a rim. Rim is shiney and looks the best.
What is the difference? Or what are they, if i have it all wrong.

A Hub cap and wheel cover are the same thing usually, on occasion people will refer to a hub cap as being the little center piece that covers just the part of the car's wheels that sticks out through the center of the stock rim. Wheel cover/Hub cap is just a plastic (typically) fake chrome looking thing that pops on over the top of a rim. True rims are designed and painted as a solid piece and replace the stock rims and the tires actually mount to them. Hub caps do look okay but you can usually tell that it's just a hub cap and it looks kinda cheap, better than a stock black rim but still kinda cheap looking...
