my memphis subs hit pretty hard in the trunk of my 94 ex and the bump rattles the antenna in the back. I know about dynamat but how the crap to you fix your antenna rattling?? (its one that goes in and out) when i hold it with my hand the bass sounds 100x better.
any ideas

A couple of options... if you don't use the antenna then just disconnect the power wire so it won't come up and rattle, if you do use it then consider going to an aftermarket one.... those would be the easiest suggestions....

Dynamat and a lot of it.
Remember - you can NEVER have too much damping.

Try inserting some rubber grommets into the mounting bolts - cuts vibration a lot!

maybe your antenna needs to be tightened or try aftermarket antenna that is stationary.
