Any one know how to do the Navi Moc???

Hey guys
I have a 05 Accord Coupe with the factory Navi, I know there is a mod to change the start up screen to anything you want to put in on the Navi Ive seen it a few times but never had the time to do it so Im finally going to do it but now I just cant find the link to the site that told me how to do it. So thats where I need your help!!!!
