my dc sports ceramic header isnt installed yet because im still waiting for megan racing to ship my catback, and i dont want my ceramic header to discolor and stuff too
i was wondering if i could powder coat it and would that be fine?

if you use high temp powder it should be fine, but i hear that powder is really expensive.

honestly? nothing. the ceramic coating shouldnt change much over time. it might rust, but thats the downside to not using stainless steel.

I know this isn't the best option but look into high temp rust-o-leum spray paint. They make it for BBQ's and such, I think it will handle the temperatures that your header is putting out. This claims that it can handle 300-800 degrees F. I don't think a header gets hotter than that but does anyone know?

not sure, pretty effin hot. but what i was told is that the thing with the high temp spray paint is that it isnt designed for long periods of heat, only short periods. and everyone who i know used it said it flaked off and looked worse than before. i would powder coat it if anything.
