I am new to this site. and im not too good with coil overs does anyone have instructions or know a site that tells me how to put coil overs on a 90 accord?

Download a manual would be my suggestion, it's actually a fairly easy job, also take a look in our DIY section, there is a post that lists a whole bunch of DIY type jobs and if you follow the link there is some great stuff there as well

remember you'll need to replace the shocks / struts if you drop more than 1-1.5"

Coil overs are shocks, with the spring as an intergal unit
