I'm assuming that the condensation is on the inside of your windsheild? if that's correct then you can try either running the heater, try the vents on both recirc and fresh air setting or just leave a window cracked a touch...

Here's what i found (on bathroom mirrors)

Defogging mirrors eHow Friend
To prevent bathroom mirrors from fogging in the first place, put some shaving cream on the mirror, wipe it off, and the mirror will not fog for 3-4 showers. The cheap, white, foam stuff, like Barbasol brand, seems to work best.

Get steam off bathroom mirror Andrea P.
When there's steam on the mirror, use liquid hand soap(preferably clear hand soap) and a towel. Just take a dab of hand soap and wipe it all across the mirror while there is still steam on it. Wipe excess off with towel or even toilet paper! It's clear!

Defog Mirrors J D.
To defog mirrors, simply smear the mirror or window with Vaseline, let it sit for 30 seconds, and wipe it off with a paper towel. Next time you take a shower, no fog will appear anywhere on the applied areas. This will last approximately 2 months

you can also try that rain-x stuff if that's what you are going for.... or in all seriousness wax the inside of your windshield.... it will prevent water from forming on it...
