Check this out guys, this is really sweet. You can make your own themes on your desktop. Also, it will download 3rd party programs you will need to run stuff. You can change desktops, icons, and tool bars, or you can mix match them. Its free!
BTW, there are no bugs in these because download.com does not condone spyware anymore. So its safe to use.
Get rid of that boring old desktop now!

Play with it a little bit, its got a really easy and simple interface. Go to where you saved it and open "Theme Manager"
