ECM Problem

I have a 97 accord that would not pass emissions at the dealer last year. They said the codes were not set, they drove it that day and couldnt get it to set.  I took it drove it for a week codes still would not set.  I took it to a friend of a friend and he passed it anyway. Meanwhile a year later, no codes have set. I repeat a year later. I am so pissed, Do you think that the ECM is bad? I have no other issues then that, Please help!!

Do you mean the readyness codes? Which ones are incomplete? It's possible your driving habits are keeping it from running.
