Absolutely no performance difference if thats what you are asking. No way.
But if you think it'll look cool then fine. Do it.

Just for looks. It'll make your muffler look clean no doubt.
(The tip of my muffler is a rusty brown color)

I got it and i screw it on. It does make for look but i can hear the sound of it too. Sound pretty nice

like some deep bass but not very loud. So i dont recommend to any one who want loud sound and more horsey. I just bought it and put it on for the look. I just want to hear my intake and have an O.K. looking exhaust. i dont want to hear my exhaust over the intake

The only difference you should see is if you somehow managed to get a smaller tip than the piping coming out of the muffler. In which case you'd lose performance cause of the restriction. Also if your's screws into the muffler tip with simple sheetmetal screws, the protrusions of the screw tips into the exhaust stream would create turbulance which would also reduce airstream flow and lower your perfoemance.

It look like that. Like i said it does make sound but not loud like the true exhaust. But it worth it for 12 bucks and look pretty nice too
