im guessing the D series engine comes in two sizes? So maybe what hes asking is, is there a smaller size F series engine?

Am i right? Or way off topic?

mini me references a d15/d16 with a non vtec headswap,  basically the smallest civic engine you can get       the smallest f series is a 2.0l and were any of those even in an accord?       but basically no..... mini me is a civic reference not an accord one

sorry, i said that wrong,  its a non vtec d15/16 with a vtec headswap    but either way most F series change involve the term frankenstien and usually swap to non vtec

check it out kids----
the term "mini me" refers to putting a d16z6/y8 vetc head on a non vtec d series block.  its a VERY VERYcommon term and a very common swap in the honda world, i cant believe none but marbo have heard of it........
anyway, i wanted to know if i can put a f22b1 vtec head on my f22b2 non vtec.  both single cam.  wondering if anyone here has done/seen it.  im having trouble finding material on it due to the fact that everyone(including myself) only seems to ride the civic train.  someone who knows, PLZ let me know
thanx......................

might be very common in the civic world, but that's a different world than ours, Honda or not.

different it may be, but you cant look anything up about accords without finding information about civics.

But ive read a few random snipplets of people who have done it, but most lean more to a h22 head swap.   As far as i know tho, non vtec to vtec swaps have been done.

Other then the head and ecu, i think you would need the distributor and have to wire the vtec solenoid but beyond that ive got nothing
