Just wanted to drop a line and say 'hello' to everybody.
First time Honda owner here.
Purchased a certified 2002 Honda Accord LX (4cyl), 70,000 on the clock, black.
Bought Honda because of consumerreports.com and my co-worker's 1993 Accord with 170+ on the clock, nary a problem. Hopefully mine will be as trouble free as his.
Just one question about my new Honda. Some posts on this forum lead me to belive that 98-02 transmissions are troublesome. Are they really that bad?

Honda had issues with auto trannies mostly on v6 , some I4 ,, 98-2001
