do they make oem side skirt for the 06 accord 2dr?

I dont understand the point of the question here. If it''s an OEM sideskirt, then it would automatically come with the car.

Yes there is! The only genuine Honda side skirt is the Aero side skirt.

not necessarily, it could have been a factory option
