Does a strut bar help a car's handling? and since our hondas have DWS (double wishbone suspension) is it a good idea to put in on there? Worth the $180?

I put a front strut bar on my car, tightened it up a little bit. Mine sure didnt cost 180 bones though.

I don't think that you would notice a huge difference after putting one on. If you drive really aggressive and are hard on the corners, then you might feel a little difference. Cars do flex under heavy strain and a strut tower bar could be a nice compliment to a suspension kit.

I did notice a difference, but it wasnt extreme. It wont make your car a skidpad monster by itself, but it does help. It helped with my steering, the car seemed a little more willing to go where I pointed it after I put it on.

I feel that it helped mine slightly but $180? The stock 6 speed V-6 coupe brace, which I have, can be had for a lot less. The combination of that part and an upzised anti sway bar really makes a big difference. I chose a stock Acura 17mm bar but 20 & 22 are available.

I felt some diffence, but that's because theres a few turns on the way to school that just arent fun unless taken over 55 MPH, tightened it up a bit. I got a cheapo one off Ebay for $20-30, swung by Pep-Boys picked up some mirrage paint (red/blue), and if anything it makes for a great show piece.

Now I take turns slow, just yesterday I watched as my friend almost died before me. We were coming home from school he took a turn going 60-70mph(not a chance in hell he could of made it) lost control, slid off the road, and slammed drivers side door into a light pole. When he woke up he had no idea where he was and what was going on. When the FD got there they used the jaws of life to take off the doors, and roof of the car to get him out. And from there was Life Flighted to the nearby hospital.

What made me mad was later that night he walked himself out of the hospital...perfectly fine(he's sore as hell today). Since then we have changed his name to Superman :\.
