H22 and F22 Parts Interchangeable?

Hi, I just aquired a naked F22 motor and was wondering if all the sensors from my H23Vtec engine will fit onto it. I was also wondering if the throttlebody, alternator, starter, and wiring harness are all the same. Thanks in advance.

Throttle body will, rest of it probably wont.
