Everything goes on smothly except i cannot get a sealed fit from the end of the header to the front of the car. Seems as if the springloaded bolts are full compressed and it still leaks. I even held it togeather with vice grips and it still seamed to leak.

This may sound a bit backwards but perhaps you could back off the bolts just a little bit and allow the gasket to line up a little bit better, you may have it over tightened and kinked to one side.... is it a big enough gap that you could see it?
