help on buying new L.E.D. bulbs

i was looking for L.E.D. bulbs at pep boys the other day and i found some for 4.99 each but how do i know if it fits my car?

leds for what? for what application?

for my tail lights

It should be the same # as if you were buying a regular bulb.

can i find that number on my regular bulb?
