Looks primered to me. I could be wrong though. Its happened once before. LoL.

It does look primered but if you look at the rear of the car you can faintly see the badging so unless they hit it with some primer then re-badged it I'm sure it's just a baby blue color like wheel suggested.... but I can see why it would appear that way... That's an awfully grainy picture for the size it is....
