Just bought awesome 2006 Honda Accord EX V6 6 Speed with Nav., fully loaded with pretty much every Honda factory add-on too. (Aero kit, rubberized mats, fog lights, spoiler, aftermarket tinted windows, and more)Mint condition, all verified highway miles from originial owner, and full service receits for all maintenance/installs and even receipts for gas. Car in absolute mint condition. Has 45,000 miles. Bought it for $19,500 and he showed me receits for when he bought it in 06 and it totaled about $35,000 before tax. It's nice to have a Honda again. Miss my 06 RSX-Type S revy 4cyl motor though, but this Accord scares me with how much power hides within the 6 with such minimal noise. The rpm's climb and I can't hear it on the road. I finally joined a forum. Nice to meet all you guys. I need to post pics. Though there are some awesome Accords on this forum. Nice car guys.

That's a very good price for a fully loaded Accord. I looked at a 04 V6 Nav certified car with 58k for about the same money.

The 6 is always worth it.

I've had some buyer's remorse on my purchase between the 4 and the 6. I try to tell myself the fuel econ is worth it, and that the other car has a 6, and its ok...but still...

If I was to buy a new Accord (wish I had the money for that) I would HAVE to get the V6, fuel economy be damned. The 6cyl/6spd would just be too much fun for me to pass up. Of course, if I had an M3 in the garage like smaglik, I might be able to pass on the V6...

You made the right choice smaglik. eco-lover ;) (accord), and speed demon (m3). what a perfect combo.

it would be cool if the inline 4's get some more oomph in them. maybe increase the torque a little bit. but, the 4 cylinder is definitely what honda is known for. however, i hear that the 6 cylinder's are awesome! i test drove the 03 accord coupe a few years back (v6 exl) it handles well. good power as well.

I think the 4cyl is awesome for what it is, a 4cyl. I don't beleive I've ever driven a v6 accord, and I will probably avoid doing that until I am comfortable with parting with my 4cyl, as my decision making processes when it comes to buying cars is usually poor.
