I took a look at
htt.mobilehid.com/ and it seems to me that these guys know what they are selling; however, their kits are a bit pricey. Also, they got me thinking about buying a harness. Here's what it reads:
"Consumer note: There are many brands that do not offer safe installation equipment. These inferior HID conversion kits connect directly to your factory wires and put you at risk of damaging your electrical system since HID systems require a single moment of 23,000 volts to ignite."
So what do you guys think? How many of you support an idea of buying a harness? Do you think it's complete waste of money?

I just ordered a 6000K kit from
www.plasmagarage.com and it was DOA. Since they have not been so helpful I am returning the kit and looking for a legit place to get a 6000K Phillips kit. I have been looking at Xenonpros.com but they are a bit steep on their price. Anyone have any other good websites to look at?
Did anyone else have any problems installing their HID kit in the Accord? Did you need a battery relay?

You don't need a relay kit, nor would a relay stop any voltage from hitting the electrical system. The high voltage mentioned is on the output side of the igniter. This is similar to the car's ignition which, last time I checked, requires 30kV minimum to jump a spark across a plug. The ballast acts as a transformer of a sort. It has a low voltage-power side and a high voltage-load side. The statement posted above is a propoganda attempt to sell an unnecessary product.

falkore24 thanks for your explanation on the relay thing. I also thought that it's worthless to install a harness but since I found it on their website I wanted just ask the audience :) Thanks again!
