Is it normal if the HIDS Flicker when i turn on lights.. just the right headlight flickers about 2 times and gets brighter... is there a short somewhere?? jjust curious. thanks.

It's probably just the delay in the ballasts so they don't overload the circuit.

yea they all do that, they "warm up" to achieve full brightness.

like the previous reply, it does that to warm up. mine does that too.
